Following an enquiry a visit will be made to the property to survey and schedule the items to be removed and an estimate produced based on the details of the visit.
Following the acceptance of an estimate and date and time confirmed a courtesy call will be made to confirm arrival.
On arrival the removal schedule will be checked with the customer and amended if necessary prior to the start of removal operations.
As the removal proceeds the despatcher creates a despatch list that the customer verifies and signs to complete the removal operations.
